Job Title: Physiotherapist
Department: Physical therapy
Location: Surrey
Status: Temporary Full time (1 year)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP
Union: H.S.A. Health Science Professionals Association
Wage Rate: H.S.A. Physiotherapist Grade II
$42.56 - $52.82/hour depending on experience.
Reports to: Director of Physical therapy
Job Duties:
Depending on your experience and aspirations you will provide consultative services to school aged children at school and at home, and/ or provide a full range of services, assessment, treatment and consultation, to a varied pediatric caseload and their families at the Centre. Services are provided according to the policies and procedures of The Centre for Child Development. Some Saturdays may be required. As we are a growing team, there is a good likelihood to move into a permanent position after.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Pediatric experience preferred but not essential
• Licensure with the College of PT of BC (or in process)
• Valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Criminal Record Review acceptable to the Centre
