Role Overview
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team to work with children birth–19 years of age. Using family-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approaches to provide assessment, intervention, consultation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and individualized therapy plans for children and youth aged 0–19.
- Deliver services in clinic, home and community settings.
- Support families with education, coaching, and strategies for daily routines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners.
- Participate in program development and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to outcome tracking.
- Uphold professional standards and trauma-informed, inclusive practices.
What we’re Looking For
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology and registration with College of Health and Care Professionals BC(or eligibility).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in community or school settings.
- Strong understanding of child development and family-centered care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
