Description

Job description

The Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre Association is currently recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time temporary position.

Working within a family-centered model, the SLP will work with families, and a team of professionals, to set client goals, provide assessments, and deliver therapy programs for children of all ages. Services will be provided as part of our early intervention, school-age and fee for service programs. Therapists joining our team have the opportunity to delivery services to Williams Lake and surrounding area including rural Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

1. Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

2. Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.

3. A criminal record check with satisfactory results.

4. A valid Driver’s License.

The Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre Association is a CARF accredited not for profit that has been providing assessments as well as education and assistance to children and youth who require extra support in areas of physical, socio-emotional, communication and cognitive development, in our region for over 40 years. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $55.60 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
