Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Prince Rupert & Haida Gwaii

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist works with children and youth experiencing physical disabilities and/or motor delays.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention plans
• Support children and youth in achieving developmental milestones
• Address functional, motor, and sensory challenges
• Recommend and support the use of assistive technologies and adaptive strategies
• Promote success in self-care, play, school, and community participation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners
• Deliver services using culturally inclusive and trauma-informed approaches
• Support regional service delivery, including virtual care options
